The Higgsfield Soul AI model was released at the end of June 2025.

The images generated in this way appear impressively authentic.

Videos are immediately circulating in which supposed vloggers film themselves in various scenes. These are accompanied by appropriate narration.

Also trending are ‘influencers’ who film products in vlog style.

The following three videos show almost the same content: a fake skin care cream in red packaging.

The possibilities that such technology offers the advertising industry are immense. It is therefore not surprising that the generation of realistic fake videos is being marketed.

Here is a promotional video from the company Higgsfield:

Another example of fake content:

Update 31 August 2025: The Instagram account described below is no longer online.

The product website is still accessible.

The following Instagram account features countless videos about weddings. The women commenting on the (AI-generated) video are not real, but (also) generated. And yet the video is intended to serve as authentic content.

The videos do not advertise a product right at the beginning.

The short-term goal is to build user engagement. The content initially consists of anecdotes about weddings.

In the long term, the goal is to increase reach and grow the number of users who view the content.

This is achieved (in the best case) through interaction, e.g. sharing, liking or commenting on visual details (triggers) in the video. Or by asking users to comment on a specific word – for exclusive access or special offers.

However, the videos ultimately turn into clear advertising.

After a brief search, it is even possible to find a direct advertising video.

The long-term goal of the account, with its wide reach, is to market a product for social events: a digital party camera, with an accompanying website and offers for private individuals and large companies.
